Guest access
★ You’ll have full private access to the spacious upstairs apartment during your stay.

★ Please use the left side of the driveway only for parking.

★ You’ll have access to the entire interior, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet.

★ Feel free to enjoy the shared backyard.

★ The fire pit is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wood is not provided but can be purchased at Food Lion or Ace Hardware. A water hose is nearby for safety.

★ Do not leave the fire pit unattended and always ensure that it is completely put out when done.

★ The outdoor shower is also shared and available on a first-come basis. Please refrain from leaving personal items inside.

★ For everyone’s privacy, we kindly ask that you do not access:
 – The right side of the driveway
 – The downstairs unit or carport entry
 – Any lower-level indoor spaces, except the laundry room and bike storage area.

Helpful Information for a Smooth Stay

✨ Check-In & Check-Out
– Check-in: Any time after 4 PM (self check-in)
– Check-out: By 10 AM sharp
Please note: A fee of $50 will be charged for every 15 minutes past check-out if not arranged in advance.

Checkout instructions will be posted in the kitchen. We kindly ask that you start the dishwasher and take out the trash to the outdoor bin.

🧺 Laundry Access
The laundry room is located downstairs and is accessed through the door at the bottom of the interior stairwell. It is exclusively for the upstairs unit. It is not shared with the downstairs space.

🛏 Bunk Beds
The bottom bunk will be freshly made for your arrival. The top bunk will be left unmade with a mattress pad, two pillows with pillowcases, and a linen bundle provided.

🏡 Downstairs Unit
There is a separate unit below that sleeps 2 guests. While the units are not connected, we kindly ask that you be mindful of noise—our downstairs guests are asked to do the same.

🔥 🚿 Shared Amenities
The fire pit and outdoor shower are shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be respectful of others and remove all personal items after use.

🗑 Trash Days
Guests are responsible for placing the trash can at the road the evening before scheduled town pickup:
– March–November: Monday & Thursday evenings
– November–March: Monday evenings

🌿 Property Services
You may occasionally see our lawn care team or environmental services on the property for routine maintenance.

🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. If you must smoke, please do so by the road and dispose of any waste properly. Evidence of smoking may result in a $300 cleaning fee.

🌪 Weather Notice
Hurricane season runs from June to November. Airbnb does not provide refunds for weather-related events per their Extenuating Circumstances Policy. If this is a concern, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Airbnb offers coverage through Generali, which you can add during booking.
