The bedroom has a queen bed. It is a small room and a tight squeeze alongside the bed to get in. Once in, you will enjoy a comfortable memory foam mattress with clean fresh linens provided.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire ground level 1 bedroom Airbnb along with the carport/patio area, the outdoor shower and the back yard. Please do not access the upstairs of this home, it is a separate Airbnb.

A/C and Heat wall unit, no HVAC

Being that this unit is located under another rental unit that sleeps 8, there is always potential for noise. We ask they be mindful of you and that you be mindful of them. These units do not connect.

Hurricane season is June to November, please see Airbnb policy regarding weather events: “Weather events, natural conditions, and diseases that are excluded from our Extenuating Circumstances Policy” There will be no refunds related to weather events. If this concerns you I encourage you to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance is available through Airbnb and you will be presented with the option to add trip insurance prior to confirming your booking. ★ CHECK-IN: 4 PM or Later
If our cleaners finish early, we’ll notify you as soon as the house is ready. However, early check-in is not guaranteed, and we’re unable to provide a specific time in advance.

★ CHECK-OUT: By 10 AM
To ensure the home is ready for the next guest, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs. Please note that our cleaners charge an infraction fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past 10 AM if they are required to wait for guests to depart.

There are NO weather related refunds.
